Customer service Rep was great. But none of my fluids were topped off when giving a report that stated they were. Time before this we were left waiting till service department closed to get our car. They just all left us waiting. Very disappointed

I used to love this place I made an appointment I was there from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm What’s the point of making an appointment when I have to wait this long I got 4 car from this dealership I am a loyal customer But not happy with service department
Over priced taking advantage of customers charging more than they should. Took my car because I had a coolant leake. Said it was my radiator hose and wanted to charge over 700 just for 1 hose replacement. I told them no I was taking it somewhere else they drained my level and engine was over heating on the way home. Very unprofessional I will never go back.
Terrible salesperson. Tried to rush through deal agreement and added to price agreed on. Untrustworthy
A very bad experience. The first time I went to the service center, they asked me to change the air conditioning filter and said it needs to be replaced every 10,000 miles. But I had only driven a little over 4,000 miles. I was stunned and, without thinking too much, agreed to the replacement because my friend was coming to pick me up. Junior Gutierrez bait and switched me. Flew all the way from the bay area only to be told the price is $1000 more when I got there. Refused to help me speak to managers acting dumb saying he didn't know where he was.
Our go to place for service. Have never had an issue this past visit was just not up to the usual standard.

There is a disconnect when the service goes from one day to the next. My service extended to a day when my original service rep was out of office, so no other service rep took over, nobody called me, until I finally called and even then sales rep acted as it was not their job. At the end of day it is not my experience with a particular service rep but with the whole service center experiencing that I experienced.
