They have unethical business practices in the service dept. They tried to take advantage of my young daughter, charging double what the repair actually cost. We left and took it to another dealership. Beware the unscrupulous service writers.
BAO JU WANG(Julie) cheated me, very bad attitude,Ryan Ozaki yelled at me and told me to get out of their store,I will share my experience on all major websites after Thanksgiving. I will tell all my friends not to buy cars and services from Puente Hills Hyundai, and to file a complaint with Hyundai about this dealer.
I came in with my check engine light and i explained to the service rep that i just got my knock sensor fixed and there was a recall for that part. I also have extended warranty to cover my engine. I was told they couldn’t give me a loaner car then they returned my vehicle stating there was no problem and when i pulled out the shop my engine light came back
Had appointment for service and when I get their they don’t have the part.
Had service appointment at 9:30, was there 3 hrs. . Disappointed with poor communication, I asked for shuttle my name was crossed out twice..
Service representative hardly pick up phone once car in work shop . Poor workmanship of workshop

My son took my car there to fix a broken door latch. The service rep said they have to test what the problem was, result was that the Latch is broken. Exactly what my son told them. They charged my credit card $200+/- for the test and said it will cost $700 approximately. I can not afford the cost so the rep said we have a week or 2(?) to decide if I want the door fixed. Lied about testing backup camera claiming not good, didn't get call back from general manager. Not very good service

Very rude and inconsistent with the length of time the service would take. I waited almost an extra 2 hours from my scheduled service time of completion with no updates being given.
