The internet sales manager, Sabrinna, and Finance Manager, Dennie, were AMAZING to work with. Got an opportunity to connect with the GM, Mike Lee, who was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I had terrible experience with Yasser, who tried insist I had to pay for extras not on the window sticker. The overall experience was good. They scheduled my oil change the day before and set up an appointment for me. The total time to get the vehicle back was a little longer than expected. Our service writer (Joey) was super nice and courteous. However, the reason it wasn’t great was the fact that a service was recommended that wasn’t needed (alignment).

Frank Kim and the other sales manager were honest and true their word when they quoted me a price over the phone, which is more than I could say for most dealerships. They really took time to make sure all my questions were answered and the process couldn't be smoother. Really happy with the level of care I received as well.
