Joseph Halawani helped me out so much. He was very knowledgeable of the replace your ride program and he was able to get us a great deal. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process and he wasn't pushy or rushing us into anything. Best part is he still calls me and checks if I need anything regarding my vehicle. 1st service which for ionic 5 which is only tire rotation and had appointment, but still took 2.5 hours. Also don’t understand how air cabin filtered needs replacement when the vehicle has only 5k miles.
