I drive quite a bit out of my way to come to the dealership. There is one that is closer, but I feel that the customer service, professionalism and timely work on my car is exceptional. My service advisor is very good and I generally stay in the customer lounge while the workers being done and he keeps me current and up-to-date on the completion of my work. This is my first Korean car and we are very happy with the car and will likely include Puente Hills Dealership when it comes time to get a replacement for an older car.

The service started great. Tino was great. I went in for an oil change, which ended up taking almost two hours, and I had an appointment! Tino came to get me saying my car is ready that they were just washing it. The washing process took about another 30-40 minutes and when I finally got the car, there was bird poop all over my windshield and driver side window so I wasn’t happy with that, so not only did I have to wait 30-40 minutes for them to wet and dry my car.
