Average. Car didn’t get washed. Way too many texts/emails. Reminders are good but numerous texts AND emails that I’m late for maintenance when my car is sitting at the dealership is overkill. I appreciated the loaner since my car had to be kept but no one told me when I was going to need the loaner, I was a waiter and went to ask after 4 hours of waiting. No one called me when it was done either, I had to call 5 days later. I received no less than 3 reminders that my car was due for service during this time as well. You had ... read more
