Puente Hills Hyundai offered me a first free service for my vehicle because I purchased my vehicle there. They reminded me to schedule it and were very courteous when I arrived and had a nice lounge to work in while I waited. They estimated that it would take 2 hours for the service which I thought was a bit long, but actually had to wait two hours and 45 minutes for my service to be completed with no updates provided to me for the entire time I was waiting.

Tino of the Service Department did a great job advising me. He clearly explained what needed to be done on my 14-year old vehicle, and helped me triage what needed to be done immediately, and what could wait until next time.
