The agent I worked with Jae, explained all the services I needed and was considerate, but as I waited for my car to come around (I was the only customer in the service area), a few of the other agents were making fun of an elderly man as he drove away in his car It was very unprofessional and made me extremely uncomfortable, they were bold in their actions, even though I was there. It made me think that they must speak that way about all customer including me. I was very disappointed!
The purchase experience was good and quick. The car was ready when I arrived. The only problem was the ppf that was part of the purchase process was not completed and thus will require me to make another trip to the dealership.
