Javer Esquivel provides an amazing customer service experience. He explains clearly to the customer what’s going on with their car. Additionally he leaves customers with a sense of peace that repairs are completed correctly.
Javere was super proactive in letting me know what was going on and giving me options, which really saved me time on getting my car diagnosed and repaired.
Great service. ... Hyundai is blessed to have javier working there. He makes you feel like family and get you in and out on a timely manner. As long as he is there I will bring my car in for service.

The porters are not friendly and do not exhibit good customer service. Joey is a great service advisor. Very helpful and friendly. Hyundai needs to improve communication with vendors for complete updates.
