I just want to say that for over 40 years I have had hearing tests and have never had such a comprehensive hearing test as I got at Pure Hearing! Dazzie is so competent in her abilities in prescribing the right adjustments to the hearing aid. I am so impressed with her and the Pure Hearing company! I would recommend them to anyone!

Pure Hearing has the feel of people who are providing a service rather than running an impersonal business. They care about improving your quality of life through better hearing. Their bottom line is not to sell you the most costly product. You really should give this organization a try. Having been to several big chains, Pure Hearing provides care like they want your business for life.
I was told by the Sennheiser help desk that Pure Hearing could do an In-Clinic programming to my OTC All Day Clear aids if I could send them an audiogram. They were very responsive and immediately responded to many email questions. They also gave me same day service...not counting the 8 days spent in the mail.
Excellent customer service. The Hearing Aid Specialist’s examination and testing was very thorough. I was very satisfied!
