My mom just recently moved back to Boise. The last place she was getting her yearly infusion was at the local hospital. Pure was recommended by a friend whose husband gets treatment for the past year in Meridian. From the very beginning everyone we spoke to was very helpful. I was happy until this year....what changed?! Been coming here every 6 months for 3 years. I have 4 hour long infusions. My only complaint about the facility is the wifi/internet. They provide Netflix for TV & I have NEVER been able to fully watch anything in any of trips here. I get about 20 minutes into a show & then it freezes up or shuts off. I usually end up shutting it off & sleeping my 4 hours. Need to upgrade the internet service! This year I got new insurance, I contacted the facility 4 different times starting i... read more

Greeted with a welcoming reception. Offered a large assortment of cold drinks, candy, chips, cheese ‘n crackers. Supplied a private suite with reclining chair, large screen TV and Remote. Provided a heated blanket and pillow. All paperwork and signing in performed on an electronic pad. Nurse explained infusion process and answered any questions or concerns.
