I had to return all the other printer because they will not let me print my shipping label from me phone which was a big inconvenience. This printer is worth every penny.

great buy perfect caught this when it was in stock for 24hrs. Got lucky!
Mixed bag but once figured out its not bad. It was very hard to find the right app. Brother has edit app, p touch and many other apps with similar names. You need p touch or iprint label app. Being a tired and working from mom, it was hard to figure out. The actual iprint app isn't as easy on Mac. Although downloading wasn't as bad, all these down loads could be put in one download. I like how my mac can search what label I need which Pad and phone don't do.
