Excellent print & build quality, Great ethernet, Not-so-good Wi-Fi Once it's set up, the labels are beautifully printed. The printer is stout and sturdy--I'm very satisfied with it and am very glad I got this brand and model. Ethernet connectivity is near excellent. Once set up, it was easy to use on our Macs. Most common printers can be found on the network and installed with OSX's universal AirPrint drivers (even in non-wireless ethernet setups). Insanely difficult to install, but works AMAZING! Took me 3 days and around 4 1/2 total hours on the phone with tech support to get this thing hooked upto my WiFi. I literally almost sent it back but the customer service rep called me back and some “expert” was able to help me (2 hour troubleshooting call.) However, now that it’s set up, it’s wonderful! I really needed a wireless shipping label printer for my business that I could print from my phone or downstairs computer and this works excellent! My only complaint is that ... read more

Bluetooth label printer. Why did I wait so long??? You will need tech support to set up. They are very good with lots of patience
Perfect for reselling I wanted something not quite as antiquated as the DYMO, which in the Poshmark world, seemed to be the only option. It doesn't have wi-fi or Bluetooth, so it sent me on a hunt. Found this, which has both, and it works wonderfully. I primarily use it for Poshmark labels. I have had no issues. I will say I have yet to find off brand labels that are compatible. But it is still worth the $ to me!
