Excellent QL-810W The wifi enabled label printer is superb. It was easy to install, works quickly, efficiently and to date reliably.
QL-810W The product works well. I am not happy that a battery was not included despite the instructions very clearly stating that the printer needs to be charged for a number of hours and not to use it until the battery is fully charged. This is wrong and misleading. Other than that, the printer is fairly easy to use.
No Bluetooth short battery life Battery does not print 4000 labels as advertised perhaps 200, machine is very large with battery fitted. No Bluetooth on this model, should have bought the next model up.
Great printer... Excellent value. Easy to learn operation. Fantastic it prints in black & red and that there are colour editing options for graphics.
quality output so so network printing quality label output, works on network (but install is tedious) but not with ARM based windows computers, software is overly complex
