Have been unsuccessful connecting wireless It prints well but have been unsuccessful get it to connect VIA wifi.

Wireless Label Printer Better than Dymo Label Twin-Turbo, OEM labels a little pricey but still worth it. Wireless connection great, works with smart phones.
QL810W Great printer & fantastic support from Brother help desk in setting it up. It's a shame the Brother printer rolls are outrageously expensive.
Suffers from communication issues but decent unit Well for a company that is global I expected the wireless setup to be easier. Adding to my home network was more challenging than any other device I have ever purchased. I have 3 smart speakers 6 Wi-Fi controlled receptacles, Nest thermostat, 10 IP cameras and about 15 smart lights. Then it still seems to go off line. When it works, I really enjoy it. Does the job Not the easiest to get the label to print the right size. Have to make a lot of adjustments and truck it to get it to print non microscopic size text

Easy to use After setting the printer up. I gave it a test. Printed out my first label. Love the wireless feature.
It works well, setup was a bit of a pain though After I got it setup it work really well. The software is a bit cumbersome but otherwise it's reliable.
