They made customizing a sectional an easy and pleasant experience, and even suggested modifications that I would’ve never come up with on my own. After receiving the sectional, and realizing that it was not made according to our wishes, they immediately rushed another order in for us. A piece or our sectional came damaged so they lent us the floor model piece so we could still have our sectional on time. The new piece was just delivered yesterday.
