RecommendedThis was our first time going here and although I was not allowed to go in with Sampson due to the COVID virus I was very please with the way the staff came out to my car and got my baby and took him inside to get him looked at. The doctor called me on my cell to tell me what she found and the treatment recommendations. Then the staff brought him bk out to me and was very positive about his behavior and how he was toward other people. RecommendedThis establishment has went above and beyond my expectations. I have two chronically ill cats so we frequent the vet often, and they have been nothing short of amazing!! The staff is so friendly and efficient, and the vets are so educated and caring. We see Dr. Swartz and not only is she very well educated but also very kind and compassionate. RecommendedFinding a new vet in a new place is always a stressful experience for the owner and pet, doing it during COVID only increases that stress. All the staff at Quail Hollow were super nice and made the experience for my unsure puppy and myself so easy and comfortable. I know these crazy times are stressful for them due to COVID also, but you would never know this was a new way of business for them. All my questions were addressed and everything was smooth and timely.

RecommendedThe whole experience was awesome. Dr Harris is amazing. Everyone from the Tech who came yo our car to get Brownie to everyone I spoke to on the phone were amazingly professional and personable. I felt like they truly cared about the animals. 5 stars out of 5 or 10 out of 10 however you rate an experience.
