RecommendedFinding a new vet in a new place is always a stressful experience for the owner and pet, doing it during COVID only increases that stress. All the staff at Quail Hollow were super nice and made the experience for my unsure puppy and myself so easy and comfortable. I know these crazy times are stressful for them due to COVID also, but you would never know this was a new way of business for them. All my questions were addressed and everything was smooth and timely.

RecommendedThe whole experience was awesome. Dr Harris is amazing. Everyone from the Tech who came yo our car to get Brownie to everyone I spoke to on the phone were amazingly professional and personable. I felt like they truly cared about the animals. 5 stars out of 5 or 10 out of 10 however you rate an experience.

RecommendedThis is one AWESOME Animal Hospital/Clinic/Boarding/Grooming Facility. The professionalism and care shown by the staff is AMAZING and GENUINE! Worth a few extra bucks and a little longer drive, but knowing our animals are getting great care makes it ALL WORTH THE WHILE!
RecommendedDr. DeGale is the best. We had to make the difficult decision to put our almost 16 yr old dog to sleep. With the Coronavirus happening I was so afraid we wouldn’t be able to go in. They were all so compassionate and couldn’t be more thankful during this difficult time. I will be bringing all of my pets to her from now on.
