They went out of their way to see my pup last minute when they had a full schedule, took their time to do a very thorough exam and called to explain ever. The vet has called me twice to check in on him and ensure that he is doing well. The staff truly care and are very thorough, very thankful for Quail Hollow.
This was the first time I took my 3 cats to Quail Hollow and I couldn’t be happier! Everyone I talked to was so kind and took such good care of my cats. Dr. Fisher was great, as well. She took the time to talk with over the phone me and never made me feel rushed. The whole staff makes the visit as personal as possible, despite COVID restrictions. I’m so glad I chose to bring Buddy, Maybelle and Koko to Quail Hollow!😻😻😻

We use Quail Hollow for all of our dog’s vet care and for her boarding. They are absolutely amazing on both fronts. For boarding, they’re so good to her that when we get her stay over bag out to take her in, she gets excited to go see the staff. The doctors are fantastic and truly care - they thoroughly explain everything when anything is needed, quotes are provided up front, and they seem to remember specific things about her from past visits that you wouldn’t expect.
