Great service, friendly knowledgeable staff. The shuttle service is a great benefit. Ann, the driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. Mary, my service rep, was professional and communicated with me during every step of the process. My husband and I didn't even mind waiting. Free refreshments were available to us along with wi-fi. There was also varied and recent reading material available. Very clean facility!
Truck vibration service Having difficulty with a new truck. The truck has a vibration and was diagnosed as Wheel balance issue. One tire was replaced. there is still vibration. I will need to return the truck (4th time) for additional service.
Quality Buick GMC Recall for low beam headlight intermittent failure was quickly resolved. Service was excellent, service area was cleanest I've ever seen.

New GMC Canyon I have purchased vehicles from Quality for 40 years and the experience has always been excellent. Starting with Phil Garcia the salesman, Rob Hooser the sales mgr and Dennis Groves the finance guy. I think Quality has created an atmosphere that makes buying a pleasant experience because all of the people have the same relaxed, respectful and pleasant attitude.
EXCELLENT SERVICE and GREAT ATTITUDE I have been dealing with Quality for over 20 years. I would NOT purchase a vehicle from anywhere else. The sales staff and service department personnel go out of their way for you. I'll never change as long as DiLorenzo's have their name on the dealership.
Great servic, clean facilities I appreciate the door handle replacement without any charge. I appreciate Cord's advice to bring the car in for service every five months in order to get the best benefit of my service package.
