leaking oil It took a while (overnight) to complete the work necessary, but I appreciated being offered a loaner so I could go do the things I had to accomplish.
Courtesy and Knowledge Sells Cars Everyone was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. The showroom was very clean, cool and inviting. All personnel were eager to help in any way that they could. I was made to feel like I was the most important person in their life at that moment. Service The service technician-Cord, was very friendly and was easy to talk to. He explained the process of how the recall was going to work and the amount of time it would take to service my vehicle. He provided me with transport back home and called like he said he would when my vehicle was ready for pick up. Great service from him.
Happy to have mystery noise diagnosed The mechanic figured out that a mystery noise was caused by a failing serpentine belt and as a result it was replaced while the car was still under warranty. Hurray!

Great service and clean facilities. Everyone is very nice but Adam did a good job approaching us and talking to us. We wanted to take a chance with this young lad to see what he had to offer in the area of listening skills. Adam knocked it out the park, we were never rushed or felt any pressure to buy a vehicle.
