My husband and I were very impressed with the quality of products offered as well as the quality of service received during the entire process from the selection process to the actual installation. Our installer Kevin was extremely conscientious and did an amazing install. I highly recommend him. His work is amazing and we couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Quality Carpet Outlet! It was a pleasure doing business with Quality Carpet Outlet. Our new carpet was installed on time and looks great! Also, Kyle, our salesman followed up on some minor issues we had with some extra flooring trim pieces, until everything was perfect. We plan to do future business with this company.
Love my new carpet. It looks beautiful. Kyle was very kind and friendly to work with. When the carpet color I picked out was not available he brought some samples to the house so that I could pick out a very similar color so that we could get the install completed. I would highly recommend Quality carpet.

Had an amazing experience with the install of our bedroom carpets. Donnie and Bill were outstanding. They arrived on time, got right to work and were VERY accommodating and helpful. Moved all the furniture quickly and carefully and had the job done in NO time. The workmanship was incredible. The cutting and fitting around a closet shelving unit was masterful. Will use them every chance we have.
