We have used Quality Carpet 3 times. They have replaced our carpet and vinyl flooring over the past 30 years. Quality says it all. Their products are great and vary in styles and prices. Their installers are great...on time, top notch job, neat and no mess. Jim King is a fantastic salesman..he knows the products, including care. Keep up the great work everyone!! We will be back again soon.

As a local builder, we've been working with Quality Carpet for years. I feel good knowing my customers are in good hands when I send them there. Hands down, the best in the area. Good selection and prices and even better service!

We have done business with Quality Carpet for many years. My wife and I came in for an estimate for carpet for our living room. The two gentlemen that were present stated that we needed to get the room measured. We were given a carpet sample board to take home and that one of them would be at our home between 4:30 and 5:30. My wife and I had plans but we canceled. No one showed up or even called. The next day I called and left a message with another salesman, again, no one showed up or called. My experience was not good. The carpet installers left a complete mess. Carpet fibers were everywhere, along with a number of staples. I unfortunately stepped on one of them while trying to clean up the mess. My contractor cleaned up most of the mess, filling our vacuum cleaner twice during the process. I spent another hour of my time, cleaning around the perimeter of the bedroom and in the closet. This was brought to the attention of the sales rep and there was no offer to compensate for the time spent cleaning up

Maybe our job was an aberration, but anything that could go wrong went very wrong. Our builder wanted us to use this company and he was so disgusted I doubt he will ever use them again. Our 2000 square foot first floor was tiled with porcelain wood look tile we requested. While laying the tile went well, we are still cleaning mastic spots. went in to purchase carpet for our lanai. Kyle was very helpful, we agreed on a carpet and a price, and he told me he would be over Sat or Mon to measure. He also said he ordered us 2 samples of the colors we chose and we would get them within the week. Sat, came and went, as did Mon. Waited another week, called and talked to the receptionist. apologized and said she would have Kyle call us. That was over a month ago.
