I have been very satisfied with everything so far, from the functionality of the installation to the service.
I feel like I was not told the complete truth for the testing. I was told the testing would take 30 minutes and it took two hours. I feel they were kind of deceitful.
Everyone we dealt with was exceptional, knowledgeable and courteous.

The sales representative was outstanding in explaining how the system works. The technician was extremely helpful and very proficient in the installation.
The system has greatly improved my water quality. My hair does much better in the shower, and it is easier to clean. Overall, I am very happy with it.
My problem was with the salesperson not communicating how we wanted it installed. They tried to install it somewhere else. I told them I wanted it outside like I stated in my contract. They kept trying to get me to put it in the attic. It took three times to get the job done how we wanted it. However, the installer was awesome. There were just some communication problems.
I will and have recommended Quality Home Products of Texas to all of my family and friends. I am completely happy with the difference in the water on my skin and my hair. I am comfortable now knowing my kids and family have safe drinking water. My husband and myself were completely satisfied with installation and the whole experience as well.
The people I had to deal with was very knowledge about there product and there personality was so great
