James Tomlin arrived on time and was very professional during the entire process. He was very respectful of our property and made sure he garnered exactly what we were wanting in a home generator. As the outside portion of planning was underway he covered all the points completely. During the quote he was informed of all the needs for what we wanted. There was no pressure to make a decision right now and we appreciated that very much. We feel much more informed and will get back with him when we reach a final answer.
