I received the best water test today from Khari! She thoroughly explained the results and I was so compelled, that I purchased the system! I cannot wait for my new water ??
My yearly Quality water softener check-up was done this morning by Jacob. I appreciated very much his willingly giving us a full explanation of the level our system is working & the tweaks he did to the system to improve its function. He also fully explained how to do our flushing of the filters, etc below the kitchen sink. I can tell he is a very conscientious employee for Quality Water!
Technician explained the inspection and oil change process and was respectful. Received timely service.
