I had a bit of trouble with scheduling, but the technicians are always kind, knowledgeable and professional. The technician today took the time to explain the systems to me and how to maintain them. It also helps me to understand and appreciate all the work they do to make sure I have great water. They’re so helpful that I’m thinking of getting a generator with them also.
Red (Christopher) from Quality Home Products of Texas came out today to service my water filtering system. Red was, on time, notified me when he was on his way, neatly dressed in his work uniform, very knowledgeable about the water system, allowed me to ask questions, respectful of my home and was very neat about his work. Hopefully I’ll get Red for my next yearly checkup.
From the initial visit to the install, a great experience and they always kept me updated. I went with a Kohler and the size was newer so I did have to wait an extra 6 weeks or so. With rain they did the delivery and gas first and came back for the electrical work. They hand dug which was great since I had sprinkler and power and gas in the area they had to access. These people are great and we love our new water fitration system. Mark Iocovello came to our house for the initial consultation and gave us a great demonstration of the water the system could do for our family. He was very nice and it was great information. We bought the system and it was installed the next. The installer, Marcus, was also very nice. He did a great job with the installation, which only took a few hours.
