The wait time was acceptable, I did not have to wait very long. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. I loved the doctor and the treatment that she provided and the explanations for everything that she did thank you all so very much.
Did great. My suggestion is to put on your website to call for scheduling particularly at lunch time. Web site said you were open, but I drove there at 1pm and told to come back at 3:30 they were on lunch. 3 people before me. Would be much batter to add to your website site for convenience to call first

Wait was minimal and care was given in a timely manner. Nurse Susan in Beverly Hills was very considerate and helpful. I always go to the Beverly Hills office. I like all the people there!!

Was in pain from UTI. They confirmed it was an UTI. Then quickly sent Rx to my pharmacy.

Excellent experience - efficient check-in via text with an appointment return time, compassionate triage by medical assistant, thorough examination, treatment and treatment plan going forward by NP Heather Holmes. I would definitely return again as they are open 7 days a week.
