Melissa took me back and was very sweet. Had a good rapore with her. She took all my vitals and we talked all the while. Made me feel relaxed. Then RPN Heather Holmes came in to treat me and she was fantastic! I felt like we've known each other for years! She puts you at ease right away! All in all the whole thing was 10 stars from Melissa to Heather! Both smiled and conversed like they haven't been working all day. Thank you for treating my infection. ! One hour wait to get in a room & another 30 minutes or so before seeing the doctor but other than that a good experience.
