I have no complaints about my visit the Quick Care office. I was dealing with kidney stone that I was still quite painful. I had been to the emergency room for seven hours the day before but I still had considerable pain at times. It got very bad which is why I was at Quick Care. The PA that attended to me was excellent. We talked for a short while about my condition and what was done the day before at the ER. She wrote me two prescriptions and ordered a shot for me help with the pain. Prompt service. Friendly staff. Melinda couldn’t have been nicer or more professional.
Office was very busy, but staff was efficient and polite. The medical assistant was thorough and the doctor was wonderful and informative.
Although I didn’t like filling out all the registration forms, I was served as soon as I finished. I loved the lady doctor and really liked Drew. Rebecca Moir
I was very ill when I arrived and everyone was very comforting. I’ve recently moved to the area and have not established a pcp yet. They took good care of me.. There was a Medical assistant I believe her name is Michelle who was so sweet and caring. She knew I felt terrible and fixed the bed and gave me a pillow to lay down. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back. I’ve been in the healthcare field for over 20 years I was trained to make sure you have great bedside manners with your patients and this staff nailed it.
We love love love Darlene. This is the third time she has treated our family and it’s always with care and such a great personality and sense of humor. The entire staff at the Beverly Hills location is wonderful.
