Well, the first facility we went to in Dunnellon nobody showed up so we went to the Beverly Hills facility. The staff was very nice. They took our name and then we had to fill out paperwork via our phones then there was a waiting game. Not really knowing what was gonna happen then we found out that they would text us when it was time to come in after you waited 1 to 3 hours. But once we got in the staff was efficient, and the doctor was very accommodating.

Provider and MA were amazing, kind, compassionate and knowledgeable! Front desk needs a little more work in the customer service dept.

Although more timely than I had thought it would be.. ie having to make an appointment for several hours later then having to wait another hour and half to see MD my office visit resolved my issue..

Everyone was nice but I had to pay out of pocket because they couldn’t reach insurance company. Now I’m burdened with chasing a refund. I feel they could have submitted it and billed me for what wasn’t covered.
