Noticing you were severely understaffed, your front desk associate was amazing at keeping contact clear and concise with many patients at one time. My injury was a concern and the doctor even stepped out momentarily to see it and immediately recommended I proceed to the ER as it needed quicker attention than the clinic was able to offer. Even without “being seen” at your clinic, it was a good experience.
