The staff are Friendly, Courteous and I would definitely recommend. Even with being short staffed during this time, everyone there was very Kind and Respectful.

Service was good.but when they took my vitals didn't tell me what they were and the wait to be seen was long.
My experience was great. I was given the opportunity to make an appointment, was seen quickly and treated very well as a patient.

They were great. The receptionist was nice and told me it would be awhile, so go home and she would call me back to come in when it was time. The woman taking my vitals, she was pleasant and understanding of my ailment. The doctor came in shortly and listened to my symptoms. She checked me out and called in prescriptions. I was on the road to recovery. Thank u all

But not know that a quickcare clinic was by appointment only. Also thought that they were open more than just 9-5 Monday - Friday. Was to be used instead of the ER. As for my visit I have no complaints. All staff was curious and on point. Once got in for an appointment did not have to wait very long.

The staff was wonderful the reason for 4stars is the extra long wait to be seen since your facility in Dunnellon isn’t open so everyone has to go to Beverly Hills and wait extremely long to be seen
