But not know that a quickcare clinic was by appointment only. Also thought that they were open more than just 9-5 Monday - Friday. Was to be used instead of the ER. As for my visit I have no complaints. All staff was curious and on point. Once got in for an appointment did not have to wait very long.

The staff was wonderful the reason for 4stars is the extra long wait to be seen since your facility in Dunnellon isn’t open so everyone has to go to Beverly Hills and wait extremely long to be seen

I was able to get in before my appointment time(70 minutes.) My experience was wonderful,& I am very grateful.The staff was awesome,& knew their job.

I was pleasantly surprised I did not have to wait in a waiting room very long the doctor came and seen me and was very pleasant with the doctor she took the time to listen to me I had a feeling that she truly cared about my health and my well-being she made me feel very comfortable thank you so very much
