This is my second review. I had already nominated employee Shi who made me at ease during both my recent visits. She interacts very well with patients. She was able to obtain accurate information as evidenced by asking specific questions. She kept me informed of what was going to happen. I hope she is chosen as Employee of June 2024!

Shi’s personality goes to the next level when she interacts with patients in the examining room. Her manner of speaking made me feel at ease. Quick care is not quick waited 2 hours with a burned hand.
I had a terrible experience and would not go back or recommend them.
If I could I would put zero stars the “doctor” spent less than two minutes with me and It felt like they were rushing me out I will never go here again the worse experience

Was brushed off. Didn’t seem like anyone liked their job. Provider refused to test me for anything like Covid or flu. Not to mention I was there for 3 hours. No compassion at all.

Very rude no tests available felt very uncomfortable there not the way you want to feel when you are sick. How do you tell your patients you got cyber hacked and have no tests for the flu covid or strep? I had to go pay to get tested after paying 130 fir a Visit I will not go back if I can help it.

I received one text ti ‘register’. They claimed they sent 5 and it didn’t work I had to drive back to the clinic To register. The nurse was very immature and argumentative. I actually had to ask can we end this conversation. She was arguing as bad as my 13 yr old daughter or 16 yr old son. (I have six, kids.). My 15 yr doesn’t even argue like that. She actually told me, “I’m an adult.” I bit my tongue rather than saying, “then act it.”
