My experience with Quick Care Med was less than pleasant. Arrived about 10 a.m. Was asked to return at 2:30. Returned at 2:30, was told They had Not had lunch, to return at 3. Finally, inside at 3:12p.m. Escorted to room 4 about 3:45. Someone took my temperature and blood pressure. About 4:15, I checked with the front desk to see if I had been forgotten me; she said they only had One Provider on Saturday the 15th. Staff was great Computer and insurance approval process terrible

Waited 1 hr said they had emergency but no one told me just left me in the back on table when I was in so much pain I couldn't sit or walk! Mary became irritated when I asked a numerous of questions about my treatment. In fact I signed a consent for steroid injection but changed my mind and Mary refused to allow me to void the consent. HOPEFULLY MY INSURANCE WON'T BE BILLED!
This is my second review. I had already nominated employee Shi who made me at ease during both my recent visits. She interacts very well with patients. She was able to obtain accurate information as evidenced by asking specific questions. She kept me informed of what was going to happen. I hope she is chosen as Employee of June 2024!
