They were very thorough in their examination and quickly fixed my problem. Also excellent bedside (so to speak) manners. Actually I really enjoyed going to the doctor for the first time. Also explained how to take medication prescribed Five stars for Quick Care Med of Beverly Hills 👍

It's usually a wait, today was a shorter wait. The office staff makes check in easy. The nurse was fabulous and the Dr was outstanding! Went in for a possible pulled muscle she found a upper respiratory infection I did not know I had!
The employee in the front office was very efficient in the registration process. Unfortunately,I don’t know her name. The Medical Assistant was very friendly and made me feel comfortable.
Office was extremely clean and decorated nicely for fall. I signed in with Kenisha who was friendly with a beautiful smile and professional. I received my text and filled out the registration. I told her I would be in my car when they needed me. The wait was average as there were about 5 infront of me. Heidi was the MA and was professional and explained the wait was an emergency needing to be handled before me. Arrived at12:30pm and was seen around 1:00pm. Darlene Caulder apologized for the wait as there was a family of 3 ahead of me. She examined my issues and prescribed meds with explanation of their use. This was my third interaction with Darlene since 2023 and she has always treated me with compassion and professionalism.
Great visit Darlene Caulder PA was knowledgeable & kind , the Staff was very friendly also. Prescription sent quickly to our Pharmacy. ., that was a pleasant & quick experience. . Will definitely come again for our after hours care.
Staff was courteous, the facility was clean, registration was quick and easy. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable, she took the time to truly check me and explained the plan of action. I was pleased with the whole visit. The staff introduced themselves and thier position and what they would be doing..
