I was thankful for a walk in clinic that took my insurance on a day after a holiday weekend! Especially, since I had to miss work. However, my complete experience took almost three hours as the receptionist had to be reminded to text my registration link after waiting 35 mins. It was very busy and I was patient, but just didn’t expect to be there that long. Instead of leaving us sitting in the waiting room for hours, they told us up front what time we would be seen and sent a link to our phone to check in and we could go ahead and do what we needed to do then come back when they called!
Short wait time and very quick response
First time I ever used an urgent care. Everyone was very nice. Didn't have to wait long on lobby. The PA was friendly, took her time, explained everything great. I will go back if needed and recommend them.
Dr April is awesome and very caring. I have the flu and she was so caring and informative and getting better already!
