Office was really busy with lots if patients but we waited and received excellent care. The staff is patient, very friendly. They had to cut out broken glass from my grandson's foot. The treating ARNP was very, very good. She patiently removed several pieces until she got it all. I am so glad we have this nearby service for the tri-county

Front office staff was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to offer assistance with check-in. Nurse practitioner was incredibly kind and patient when faced with multiple questions regarding diagnosis and treatment plan.

The office staff and nurse practitioner were phenomenal! They cared about our problems and were very polite. The male nurse doing our vitals was rude and grumpy. He even scolded us for coming to the clinic for walk in issues not urgent care. We informed him the VA referred us there for walk in issues. He needs to have job with no public contact.
