I had an issue with my eye, the staff was very friendly, helpful and were very professional and efficient. I was treated like I was a member of their family. A prescription was called in, the pharmacy didn’t have the medication. When I called to see what I could they went above and beyond to help me. They called back when they said they would and communicated back to me what was done to resolve getting my medication. The Chiefland clinic has a great staff!

Arrived very sick, waiting room very busy. Front desk said 2 hr wait, then let me make appointment after their lunch so I did not have to sit there. Thanks!! Nurse Carol was so kind and efficient, as was the doctor. Explained every step. Will recommend.

I was feeling pretty miserable....the office was quick and thorough. The ARNP was knowledgeable. As an RN myself ,it's hard to impress me, however, the NP was excellent! Kudos!
