The response time was great. Had to have Christian come back out, but he was at the door within an hour of my call. I hadn't called them in about a year, but they had my information right there. Excellent experience.
Christian did a great job checking out the whole AC system and adding refrigerant. He helped me to understand what he was seeing, and assured me that all was good. We are having R-10 come back to put in a larger duct, for one room that's always too warm. It's a very trustworthy business!
My needs were not considered a rush, however they were able to send a technician within a few days from when I called. The service person was on time, quickly reviewed my systems the and fixed it. This is the forth time I have used them and have always been pleased.
R-10 was able to get to my repair quickly and efficiently! Christian was a very knowledgeable technician and had my AC working quickly!
Our technician (Christian) did and excellent job. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He was either at our house when he promised or called to notify us when there was an unforeseen delay picking up a part. I would definitely use R-10 again and appreciate their great staff.
