Christian came out to do check out the air conditioner of a house we are preparing to sell. He arrived right in time and was very professional, considerate, knowledgeable and patient. He offered advice in a clear and understanding way. I know R-10 Services is proud to have an employee like christian.
My needs were not considered a rush, however they were able to send a technician the same day I called. The service person was on time, quickly fond the problem and fixed it. This is the third time I have used them and have always been pleased.

R-10 not only gave me a lower quote for the same amount of work but pointed out an additional expense that was not needed which saved me more. Everyone I spoke with was patient, courteous, and knowledgeable. Jeremiah and Christian came out and did a very thorough duct - A/C unit cleaning, were super friendly, and patiently answered any questions I had about the procedure. I never felt pressured at any time through the process. I would use this company again without hesitation.
