The level of communication was awesome! Rachel told us the first time we spoke that she would be communicating with us every 24-48 hours and that's exactly what she did! We knew exactly what was happening with our loan every day. We never felt like we were ever out of the loop. Rachel was great! She went above my expectations with the process. However. The 3rd party lending and underwrting was a nightmare in the process. There was nothing she could do. Her hand were tied.
