Please keep clients informed as to the progress of case. It was a year after filing before I heard anything from you and I had to call in to get information then.

Mediation could have been better, as the day mediation was settled was inaccurate and were very dissatisfied with that process.

I believe I was misled by the fees that would be charged for services. I am very disappointed that the firm received more from my case than I received especially since the case was settled. The firm received 40% without the case going to court and they also took the filing fee for lawsuit out of my settlement . I am very very disappointed with the outcome.
