I believe I was misled by the fees that would be charged for services. I am very disappointed that the firm received more from my case than I received especially since the case was settled. The firm received 40% without the case going to court and they also took the filing fee for lawsuit out of my settlement . I am very very disappointed with the outcome.

The process was very good until the payment process were my case has been transferred to Ms Sarah. Many attempts without success to talk to her, saying she’s not available and not returning calls. Funny is when I asked to escalate to someone else, she picked up the phone pretending to be someone else....She has no respect to customer. So disappointed of her.

Thankful but a long process and very little communication in regards to letting me know what the hold up was
