Brandon Tyeler, was EXCELLENT!!!!! Very PATIENT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE OF HIS JOB , HE WAS VERY POLITE AND VERY GOOD MANNERS , I Suggest he TRAIN ALL THE EMPLOYEES THAT DONT HAVE THESE ATTRIBUTES…and ADD A INCREASE IN PAY FOR HIM!!!….KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK BRANDON😇😇😇😇

I had a fantastic experience at Radiant Bank, thanks to Amy Blanco. She helped me open a checking account, an Even Up account, and even guided me through applying for a credit card. Amy was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the different account types, making sure I had everything I needed. She also walked me through the direct deposit process, helped me set up the app, and ensured I was signed up for paperless statements to avoid any fees. Talking on the telephone is one of the few things I loathe. Brandon Tyler went above and beyond and delivered legendary customer service and kindness and made that the most pleasant phone experience ive ever had. Radiant has a lot of great, friendly, and knowledgeable workers but Brandon Tyler may be among your very best.
Mrs Amy Blanco is awesome and amazing. I went in the Alachua branch to make my truck payment and she helped me with that I had a couple questions and at the end I had opened up a business checking and savings accounts with her. She was extremely helpful and I will be conducting my business at that branch because Mrs Blanco, and all the staff are all very professional and family friendly there. Thank you again
