Assisted with fraud protection. Excellent supportĀ
Talking on the telephone is one of the few things I loathe. Brandon Tyler went above and beyond and delivered legendary customer service and kindness and made that the most pleasant phone experience ive ever had. Radiant has a lot of great, friendly, and knowledgeable workers but Brandon Tyler may be among your very best.Ā
Mrs Amy Blanco is awesome and amazing. I went in the Alachua branch to make my truck payment and she helped me with that I had a couple questions and at the end I had opened up a business checking and savings accounts with her. She was extremely helpful and I will be conducting my business at that branch because Mrs Blanco, and all the staff are all very professional and family friendly there. Thank you againĀ

Naomi did an awesome job guiding me through the refinish process to take advantage of the great rates offered this month. Amy was awesome as well, helping me get started and getting the original application submitted. Thank youĀ
