Upon entering the Live Oak location I was greeted by your staff. Was there to open an additional account. Danielle Marvel helped me with a checking and savings account. She made the process very easy and explained various options. Alwas get a welcome feeling here and am very happy with Radiant Credit Union.

Teller don’t recognize me in the drive-in. Teller take to long to count money. Taking $400.00 cash and taking 15mins to count. Very rude and lazy tellers.
