Everything was good until the end when you sent the payoff payment for the person I was purchasing from. You could have wired the money to pay off his difference at his credit union or even next day air the payoff check but radiant uses regular ground shipping which takes several days to arrive for payoff of payments causing delay in receiving ownership of said item. Not very satisfied with this part of my experience. My loan officer was very helpful and easy to reach and talk with
