Exceptionally professional from first contact to schedule. Customer service at every step - excellent. Had nine-inch insulation added to attic. Jared inspected and scoped the solution. Different than we thought was the problem. We would have paid more money for the wrong solution - Thank you, Jared. Michelle took care of scheduling changes; got pictures of installer Albert. All cleanup done without asking. They provided CPS rebate paperwork. Outstanding on all fronts: service, service, service!

Efficient, friendly and excellent service. Technician arrived exactly on-time with advanced phone call as advertised. All services performed perfectly and in a timely manner. Technician (Ray) was energetic, positive and had a great attitude about his job. Pleasure working with Schmidt again!

Southwest Mechanical was great! Southwest Mechanical was great, Richard was awesome. He always explains everything in simple language for me. I really appreciate that. He is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, a great technician. He's one of the reasons that I renewed my maintenance agreement and because of the service I get from Southwest Mechanical.
