The Staff and service technicians are consistently professional and curtious. We have always felt comfortable having them in our home. Extremely satisfied I was extremely satisfied with Eric and everyone I was in contact with at Schmidt Mechanical. I recent;y purchased a townhome property and the first real cold snap revealed a faulty igniter. Though the first evening without heat was cold, the next was to be a hard freeze. It would have been easy to sell me on getting the work done on the weekend, but they convinced me the most economical route was to put the repair off till Monday, when they could verify the warranty status (which was still in effect) and... read more
