Condensate Leak Late afternoon on a Friday Matt Garcia responded to an emergency call for condensate leak flooding over the drain pan (the drain line was clogged BEFORE the safety switch). Matt did not merely remedy the clogged line but more important modified the configuration of the line to prevent any further clogged lines. Matt was courteous and professional in work and explained in laymen's terms what and why he was doing along the way. Great Job Matt, and thanks for the prompt emergency response!

Great Technician Cesar the Tech sent to our house for our regular maintenance went above and beyond what was required. Noticed a drip in the attic from our roof, took a video and both showed it to us and sent it to us. Prevented future damage. Was personable and great to deal with.

Awesome as always I’ve use Schmidt for years. Always had great, knowledgeable service on routine stuff, but today I had an emergency. On a weekend. !!!!!!!!!! Called and got a tech callback within an hour. He asked a bunch of diagnostic questions, diagnosed the problem, was here within two hours and fixed it. At a very reasonable cost, I might add. So glad I switched to them a long time back. Knowledge, training, and honesty is priceless.

Awesome service; Skilled technicians; Great experience I'm cool, comfortable, and happy because of Schmidt Mechanical. I am a platinum member (which I highly recommend) and had my preventive maintenance check done yesterday and Alex did a wonderful job. He also recommended 3 things get done in the process: 1. Replace the dual run capacitor since mine was not performing well and with three digit weather coming in August it probably would go out 2. Add refrigerant since mine was so low 3. Great Service a Bit High Great service!!! Same day service!! Cost was a little high. I was out of town and my wife was hot in the house so I had to call a repair man. The repair man was nice, on time, very knowledgeable, but the capacitor the he replaced was $270 even after a free service call coupon. looked up the cost of the capacitor after he left and found it on Amazon for $25 - $35.

Very good company All my experiences, over a number of years, have been positive. Schmidt comes out twice a year to clean and service both of the heat pumps and AC units in our home. All technicians seem to be experienced and knowledgeable. I pay $40 a month for their Platinum plan. Each time he comes, the technician will review his findings and recommendations with us. 5 stars - Excellent Service Henry did an excellent job explaining what the issue was with the flickering lights in the office. He gave me several options to consider to resolving the issue.
